“The tune came about by compiling a library of field recordings and making beats around them, I was lucky enough to be able to call on friends and record a real string section on top!. ‘Biakoye’ means unity in Twi (a variety of the Akan language spoken in southern and central Ghana). I wanted a title to reflect the variety of sources I pulled field recordings from.”
